New Playground Opens in Silver Creek Central School District

Children in the Silver Creek Central School community have a new playground. This week, the district held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the playground that's part of a $36.1 million capital improvement project, which district voters approved in 2024. Also on hand for the ceremony were Chautauqua County Executive P.J. Wendel, Silver Creek Board of Education members, and a representative from State Senator George Borrello's Office.
