Five teenagers are facing charges following investigations into two separate break-ins at a commercial business in the City of Dunkirk's Fourth Ward. Dunkirk Police say both incidents occurred at Chautauqua Woods on Franklin Avenue on separate dates in May. Officers say the juveniles, ranging in age from 13-17, were determined to be responsible, adding that their alleged actions significantly hampered the business' operations for an extended period of time. All five minors have been charged with misdemeanor counts of 3rd-degree criminal trespass, 4th-degree criminal mischief, and petit larceny.
