During the campaign -- which ran from June 29th through July 5th -- law enforcement officers utilized sobriety checkpoints and increased patrols to deter, identify and arrest impaired drivers, as well as targeting speeding and aggressive drivers across the state.
Below is a breakdown of the total tickets that were issued:

- Distracted driving: 2,025
- Move Over Law: 408
- Speeding: 8,170
- Seatbelt: 3,661

In Chautauqua County, law enforcement agencies conducted 103 vehicle stops from July 2-5. Sheriff Jim Quattrone says the High Visibility Engagement Campaign during that four-day period resulted in three arrests, including two for DWI, and six vehicles detained for secondary screening.
