An investigation into a vehicle entry in the Village of Silver Creek in early June has led to the arrest of a Rochester man. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says it received the call during the morning on June 4th. Deputies, along with State Police from the SP Fredonia barracks, identified the suspect as 33-year-old Edrick Tollinchi-Flores, who was taken into custody by troopers on Thursday for a separate incident. The Sheriff's Office charged Tollinchi-Flores the following day with two counts of 4th-degree grand larceny, plus one count each of 3rd-degree criminal tampering and trespassing. He was issued appearance tickets and is scheduled to answer the charges in Hanover Town Court.
