A man from Corry, Pennsylvania was taken into custody in the Town of Harmony on Saturday as a fugitive from justice. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies say they came across a suspicious situation on Button Valley Road shortly before 1:30 PM. An investigation found that 30-year-old Stephen Foster had warrants out of Pennsylvania. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail, where he is being held pending an extradition hearing.
