A Jamestown man was taken into custody following an investigation into a report of a disorderly person at UPMC Chautauqua on Saturday. Jamestown Police were called to the hospital shortly before 11:15 AM and found that 34-year-old Tony Mosley allegedly assaulted a staff member and caused thousands of dollars of damage to hospital equipment. Mosley was arrested without incident and taken to the Jamestown City Jail. He was held pending arraignment on charges of 2nd-degree criminal mischief and 2nd-degree assault.
