
A Jamestown resident was taken into custody after allegedly assaulting a victim with a screwdriver and physically attacking her for several hours in front of a child. Jamestown Police were called to a report of a physical domestic dispute at a residence on the city's west side shortly after 1:15 PM Sunday. Officers say on arrival, they could hear yelling coming from the upstairs area of the residence. They also saw a smashed out window on the side and made contact with the people there. After an investigation, 19-year-old Kahmara Holloman was transported to the Jamestown City Jail on charges of 2nd-degree unlawful imprisonment, endangering the welfare of a child, 3rd-degree assault, and 4th-degree grand larceny.
