A South Carolina man has lost his life as the result of a collision involving a bicycle and a motor vehicle in the Village of Brocton last week. The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, Brocton Fire Department and Chautauqua County Emergency Services responded to Harmon Avenue at about 3:00 PM Wednesday. According to the Sheriff's Office, an investigation found that the bicyclist, 64-year-old Michael McKay, was traveling on Harmon Road when he collided with the motor vehicle, which was parked. McKay later died from his injuries.
