Jamestown Police took a city man into custody on a felony charge following an investigation into a domestic dispute early Tuesday morning. Officers responded to an address on the city's west side at about 3:15 AM and determined that 33-year-old Marshal Kelsey allegedly stole property from the hands of a female victim. Kelsey was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment on a charge of 4th-degree grand larceny.
