The Dunkirk Police Department says it is investigating a report of a missing elderly man. 89-year-old Owen Taylor was last seen on Saturday near his home in the 500 block of Dove Street in the city. He is approximately 5'10", 110 pounds and has white hair and brown eyes. His last clothing description is unknown. Anyone who has information on Taylor or who may have seen him is asked to call Dunkirk Police at (716) 366-2266.
