A Frewsburg man is behind bars on numerous charges related to three separate domestic incidents in the Town of Ellicott. According to Ellicott Town Police, the first charges against 32-year-old Mitchell Costanzo were filed on July 11th following an allegation that he called a female victim more than 200 times, violating a complete stay-away order of protection that was in place. Officers say the next set of charges were filed on July 17th after Costanzo allegedly violated a complete stay-away order of protection by calling a female victim. He was also reportedly seen by a witness, driving past the victim's residence several times. Less than an hour later, he was hit with more charges for allegedly contacting a female victim by phone, again violating a complete stay-away order of protection. Costanzo faces one count of 4th-degree stalking, three counts of 2nd-degree aggravated harassment, three counts of 1st-degree criminal contempt, and three counts of aggravated family offense. He is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail on $75,000 bail.
