A Jamestown woman was taken into custody after an investigation into a domestic dispute Thursday morning. Jamestown Police were called to an address on the city's north side at about 6:30 AM. Officers determined that 34-year-old Chelsea Coulter had allegedly sent the victim threatening messages via an electronic device. Her alleged messages also violated a valid order of protection issued out of Jamestown City Court. Coulter was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and held pending arraignment on charges of 1st-degree criminal contempt and 2nd-degree aggravated harassment.
