Festivals Fredonia 'Pleasantly Surprised' by Turnout for 8 Great Wednesdays

Festivals Fredonia's "8 Great Wednesdays in the Park" has been well-received since the organization took charge of the weekly summer event this year. That's according to Festivals Fredonia Co-President Larry Fiorella. He is "completely and pleasantly surprised" by the attendance, saying he has "never seen so many people" in Barker Common on a Wednesday night. In August, 8 Great Wednesdays in the Park will have themes of jazz, '50s and '60s music, and blues. The event continues through August 19th.
