
Three people were arrested after an unattended toddler was found by police near a busy roadway. On Friday around 6:37 PM, Jamestown Police officers were patrolling the area on the city's south side when they located an unattended toddler exiting a building into a busy roadway. Officers made contact with the child, who was found only wearing a diaper. Officers conducted an investigation and were able to determine where the child lived. Further investigation revealed that the apartment was allegedly in deplorable conditions while two other children lived there. Officers arrested 33-year-old Heidi Lindberg, 26-year-old Megan Dorman and 51-year-old Christina Dorman, who were all charged with endangering the welfare of a child. All three were transported to Jamestown City Jail where they await arraignment, while the children were placed into the care of a family member.
