Under the agreement, county facilities will begin moving into the Lynn Building, which is being purchased next year by East Third Ventures, LLC for less than the initial price of $3.1 million. Officials with Infinity and Striders expressed concern about being in a building with probation and Mental Health Services. That prompted promises that probation would not be located there.
