A Mayville woman has been charged after an investigation into a crash in the village late Friday afternoon. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene shortly before 5:45 PM and identified 33-year-old Alysha Swalm as one of the drivers. Deputies say Swalm was driving her vehicle while intoxicated. Swalm was charged with DWI, failure to keep right and unsafe turn, and she will appear in Chautauqua Town Court at a later date. No injuries were reported in the crash.
