The I-86 bridge over Chautauqua Lake will be closed for several hours throughout the upcoming week as part of an ongoing rehabilitation project. According to the New York State Department of Transportation, the bridge will be closed in both directions from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM beginning Monday evening until Friday morning. It will also be closed from 10:00 PM Friday until 7:00 AM Saturday. Motorists should follow the posted detour utilizing Routes 394 and 430.
