The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Lakewood man on sex charges stemming from an investigation originating in the Town of Portland. The Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Division, which began the probe on July 18th, determined that 29-year-old Alex Rosage allegedly engaged in sexual contact with two female victims under the age of 13. Rosage was charged with 1st-degree rape and forcible touching and was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. Rosage, who is being held on $50,000 bail, will answer the charges in Portland Town Court at a later date.
