The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation got a visit this week from State Senator George Borrello, who presented the local nonprofit with an official Senate proclamation recognizing its 40 years of service to the area. Since its founding in 1986, NCCF has invested nearly $25 million in the community through strategic grantmaking, scholarships, and collaborative leadership. Today, its assets stand at over $50 million, all in service of building a vibrant and more prosperous northern Chautauqua County. Through its "Today, Tomorrow, Together" campaign, the foundation is working to raise $10 million and create 50 new community funds, expanding its grantmaking for generations to come.
