The City of Dunkirk has been working to find and implement a new computer software system at City Hall for nearly two years, and that process may be completed this fall. Fiscal Affairs Officer Ellen Luczkowiak, who gave an update during Tuesday's Common Council meeting, says they are hoping to get the software by GovSense running sometime in October.
