Ferguson Anticipates Finalized North County Water Contract by End of Year

The Mayor of Fredonia expects the details of a proposed contract between the village and the North County Water District (NCWD) to be finalized by the end of the year. The village recently received a draft of the proposed agreement as it continues the process of transitioning from its current reservoir-based water system.
