A festival described as "three days of ink, music, community and chaos in the best way possible" is coming to Dunkirk this weekend. The 3rd annual Cattoopalooza begins Friday and runs through Sunday at the Chautauqua County Fairgrounds. Cat Childs, the organizer of the festival, says numerous tattoo artists from the area will be featured. Other attractions will include vendors, live music, food trucks, and a kids booth. Hours for the festival are 12:00-11:00 PM on Friday and Saturday, and 12:00-6:00 PM on Sunday.
