A Jamestown woman was charged with DWI following a one-vehicle in the Town of Ellicott earlier this month. Ellicott Town Police responded to an undisclosed location on August 7th and found that 44-year-old Jessica McCleary was allegedly driving under the influence and crashed into a tree. McCleary was taken into custody and transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment. She is due to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
