A harassment complaint in the Village of Westfield led to the arrest of a man with an outstanding warrant out of Erie County, Pennsylvania. Westfield Police were called to the Thruway Holiday Motel on North Portage Street shortly after 9:30 PM last Wednesday and, after investigation, found out about the warrant for the caller, 40-year-old Richard Goodman III. Goodman allegedly resisted officers while being taken into custody. He is being held in the Chautauqua County Jail as a fugitive from justice and was also charged with resisting arrest.
