Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies have charged a Mayville woman following a report of an altercation in the Town of Chautauqua early Monday afternoon. Deputies responded to the scene shortly after 1:00 PM and found that 33-year-old Heather Coon had allegedly caused more than $250 in damage to someone's property. Coon was arrested on a felony charge of 3rd-degree criminal mischief and was later taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment.
