Jamestown Police have arrested a city man after he allegedly got into an altercation with another person in front of multiple children. Officers working a STRIVE detail responded to a reported domestic dispute at a residence on the city's south side shortly after 10:00 PM Tuesday. Officers say the incident caused the children to be visibly upset. 31-year-old Eliel Rodriguez was transported to the Jamestown City Jail to be held pending arraignment on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
