Jamestown Police have arrested a city man after he allegedly stabbed someone Friday afternoon. Officers responded to a report of the incident in the area of the Riverwalk Park in Brooklyn Square at about 2:45 PM. Officers conducted an investigation an determined that the male victim suffered non-life threatening injuries. Police say 59-year-old Delbert Clark was located and taken into custody without incident and transported to the Jamestown City Jail, where he awaits arraignment on a charge of 2nd-degree assault.
