
A reported shoplifting at a business in Jamestown's Brooklyn Square resulted in the arrest of a man who also allegedly exposed himself. Jamestown Police were called to the scene at 41 South Main Street shortly before 11:15 AM Thursday and determined that 41-year-old Joseph Snyder had allegedly stolen merchandise from the business. Officers located Snyder before he could leave the property. They also learned that he allegedly exposed himself to an adult and a juvenile while outside the business. Snyder was transported to the Jamestown City Jail and later released after his arraignment. He faces one count of petit larceny, two counts of public lewdness, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child.
