A woman from Pennsylvania has been arrested after she was seen speeding in the parking lot of the Chautauqua Mall in Lakewood late Sunday afternoon with two youths hanging out the windows and one youth on the vehicle's roof. Lakewood-Busti Police were called to the scene at about 5:30 PM and found the car in question. Officers stopped it and arrested the driver -- 19-year-old Gracie Monroe of Spartensburg, Pennsylvania -- on one count of reckless driving and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was issued appearance tickets for Busti Town Court.
