Two Celoron residents are accused of failing to provide adequate housing for a child and having a child living in deplorable and unsafe conditions. Ellicott Town Police say they were called to a separate incident and responded to an address in the village on September 5th. After an investigation, 41-year-old Shyron Campbell and 33-year-old Tiffany Campbell were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child. Both suspects were issued an appearance ticket for Ellicott Town Court.
