Fredonia Mayor Mike Ferguson is giving Chautauqua County's top prosecutor credit for coming up with a potential solution in response to concerns about the presence of Flock cameras. Schmidt announced his proposal for a monitoring group days after speaking about Flock cameras during a Fredonia Village Board meeting. His office has contracted with Flock to place 10 of their cameras in the Dunkirk-Fredonia area.
