A Cattaraugus County man is facing drug-related charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Cold Spring early Sunday morning. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 43-year-old Jordan John was arrested at about 5:45 AM after getting pulled over for multiple traffic violations. Further investigation revealed that John was allegedly impaired and in possession of suspected methamphetamine and a scale. John was charged with driving while ability impaired, 3rd- and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, 2nd-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, trespassing for violating a Seneca Nation exclusion order, and multiple traffic violations. John was arraigned in Ellicottville Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
