A Jamestown man has been charged with 2nd-degree menacing following a report of a domestic dispute in the Town of Ellicott on Sunday. According to Ellicott Town Police, 33-year-old Jose Diaz allegedly threatened to harm the victim by brandishing a knife. A warrant was issued for Diaz, who turned himself in on Tuesday. He was transported to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and is due to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
