The operator of a cement mixer died after the vehicle rolled over in Allegany County on Thursday. According to State Police in Amity, an investigation determined that the mixer was traveling on County Route 7B in the Town of Rushford, when it left the roadway onto a shoulder, resulting the crash. Troopers say 67-year-old Steve Bernard of Arcade was dead at the scene.
