Jamestown Police arrested a man on an assault charge following a physical domestic altercation. On Sunday around 4:00 AM, Jamestown Police officers responded to a reported in progress domestic incident at an address on the city's east side. Officers met with the victim, who had suffered injuries to their head, and they discovered through further investigation that the victim had suffered the injuries as a result of an alleged physical altercation with 44-year-old Kenneth Mosely, Sr. Mosely was placed into custody and transported to the Jamestown City Jail. He is charged with 3rd-degree assault and held pending arraignment.
