The Chautauqua County Equestrian Trail System (CCETS) and the New York State DEC are celebrating the completion of a community trail project in the Town of North Harmony. According to CCETS President Dottie Lauricella, the project represents a significant investment in the county's outdoor recreation infrastructure and is example of what can happen when state and local government agencies, nonprofits and leadership come together around a shared goal. Lauricella adds that CCETS will also be honoring its past president for her vision, dedication and commitment to the organization's mission.
