Two arrests were made following a pair of drug raids in Jamestown less than two hours apart on Friday. Both arrests were the result of investigations by the Jamestown Police Department and Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office.
Narcotics detectives from both agencies executed a search warrant at 107 Lister Street at about 8:45 AM and located 58-year-old Debra Leeper inside. Detectives and investigators searched the residence and located a quantity of fentanyl, crack cocaine, packaging material, digital scales, and cash. Leeper was charged with 3rd- and 4th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, plus two counts of criminally using drug paraphernalia.
The second raid occurred at the lower apartment of 25 Myrtle Street shortly before 10:30 AM. Officers located 57-year-old Anthony Jordan and three females inside that residence. Detectives and investigators searched the apartment and found a quantity of fentanyl, methamphetamine, suboxone, psilocybin mushrooms, packaging material, digital scales, and more than $2,000 in cash -- all located in Jordan's bedroom. Jordan was charged with 3rd- and 4th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, three counts of 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, and two counts of 2nd-degree criminally using drug paraphernalia.
