A one-vehicle crash in the Town of Ripley resulted in a drunk driving charge against a Sherman man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene on North East-Sherman Road shortly after 12:15 AM Friday. Further investigation found that the driver, 63-year-old Mark Freligh, was allegedly intoxicated. Deputies charged Freligh with DWI and moving from lane unsafely. He will appear in Ripley Town Court at a later date.
