A Jamestown woman was charged by Ellicott Police following a domestic dispute. On Wednesday, the Town of Ellicott Police Department responded to the scene, where it's alleged that 20-year-old Kahmara Holloman had repeatedly called the victim and showed up at various places they were. Holloman also allegedly spit on the victim's vehicle. Holloman was charged with 2nd-degree aggravated harassment, 4th-degree criminal tampering, and 4th-degree stalking. She is due to appear in the Town of Ellicott court at a later date.
