A Dayton woman was arrested after an investigation found that she had allegedly followed a victim on several occasions in the Town of Persia. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies say 58-year-old Cheryl Kulpa was charged on September 24th with endangering the welfare of a child and 1st-degree harassment. She was arraigned in Persia Town Court and released on her own recognizance.
