A Falconer man was taken into custody after he allegedly struck someone multiple times during a domestic dispute, causing injury. Ellicott Town Police arrested 37-year-old Michael Thompson and charged him with 3rd-degree assault on Wednesday. He was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment and is due to appear in Ellicott Town Court at a later date.
