A Cattaraugus County man has been charged with forcible touching and 2nd-degree harassment following an incident in the Town of Cold Spring. Cattaraugus County Sheriff's deputies arrested 18-year-old David Kennedy of Cold Spring early Monday following an investigation into the incident that occurred at 285 North Loop Road on September 20th. Kennedy was arraigned in the Town of Conewango and is due in Cold Spring Town Court at a later date.
