
A Falconer woman was taken into custody late Tuesday night following a police pursuit that began on I-86 in Cattaraugus County. According to the Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office, the chase involving 29-year-old Dezera Miller began on I-86 in the Town of Hinsdale and went through multiple townships in Cattaraugus and Allegany counties. Deputies say the vehicle Miller was driving became disabled in the Town of West Clarksville in Allegany County. Miller, who had two active bench warrants out of Olean City Court, was additionally charged with 3rd-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, speeding, failure to stop at a stop sign, and unlicensed operation. She was then taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on her warrants and will be held pending further court action.
