A report of an altercation in a vehicle early Saturday afternoon in the Town of North Harmony led to the arrest of a Westfield woman. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies received the call shortly before 1:00 PM and were able to locate the vehicle. After further investigation, they determined that 22-year-old Sydney Switzer allegedly engaged in an act that created a risk of injury to another person and a child. Switzer was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail for centralized arraignment on charges of 2nd-degree reckless endangerment and endangering the welfare of a child.
