An investigation into a complaint at an address in the Town of Perrysburg led to an arrest on Wednesday. The Cattaraugus County Sheriff's Office says 34-year-old Fred Phillips of Hamburg has been charged with 2nd-degree reckless endangerment, 2nd-degree menacing, and 3rd-degree criminal possession of a weapon following an investigation by the Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigation Bureau. The probe stemmed from an incident that occurred at 11263 Indian Hill Road on October 7th. Phillips was arraigned in Perrysburg Town Court and was released with a future court date.
