A Chautauqua County grand jury recently indicted a man who allegedly caused serious physical injury to an infant in the Village of Fredonia. 28-year-old Seth Pulver was arraigned in late September on a Class D violent felony count of reckless assault of a child. According to a secret indictment, Pulver is accused of recklessly causing physical injury to the brain of a child on or about February 16th by shaking, slamming or throwing them so as to impact their head on a hard surface. The infant was eight months old at the time of the alleged incident. Pulver is scheduled to appear for a pre-trial conference next week.
