The Northern Chautauqua Community Foundation (NCCF) announced new grant deadlines for three community donor advised programs. The annual deadline for submitting applications to the Ripley Community & Heritage Fund, Westfield Fund, and Silver Creek-Irving Heritage Fund will now be January 15th of each year. Applicants are encouraged to plan ahead and submit their requests by the new deadline.
NCCF encourages eligible nonprofit organizations and community groups to learn more about the grant opportunities available through these funds. Community Donor Advised Funds (DAFs) are able to help local organizations advance projects, respond to emerging needs, and leverage additional resources for community benefit through grants.
DAFs also encourage residents to work together across organizations and generations to identify priorities and create positive in a meaningful way. By connecting local generosity with local needs, the funds encourage philanthropy close to home, while strengthening communities and nonprofit organizations.
