An investigation into a one-vehicle crash in the Town of Ellington has led to charges for a Conewango Valley man. Chautauqua County Sheriff's deputies responded to the scene on Route 83 shortly after 6:15 PM Tuesday and found that the driver, 36-year-old Shayn Grisanti, was allegedly intoxicated. Grisanti will appear in Ellington Town Court on charges of DWI and moving from lane unsafely.
