A Jamestown man is facing several charges stemming from an investigation into a domestic incident on the city's west side last week. Jamestown Police were called to an undisclosed location at about 11:30 PM Wednesday and determined that 34-year-old Josean Martinez had allegedly entered the victim's residence by kicking in a side door, damaging property, and engaging in physical altercation. Martinez was located at a nearby residence and was taken into custody without further incident. He was held in the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment on felony counts of aggravated criminal contempt, 2nd-degree burglary and 3rd-degree burglary. Martinez was also charged with 3rd-degree assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
