Village of Fredonia officials say a section of Central Avenue in the village will be reduced to one lane on Monday and Tuesday. According to a post on the village's Facebook page, paving will take place between Newton Street and Temple Street during that time. Temporary repairs were recently made on that portion of the street after road conditions had deteriorated in the wake of a number of water main breaks during the winter.
